About Casa Vibra
Casa Vibra is a pilates studio in McAllen, TX, but it also functions as a wellness and coworking community. It teaches vinyasa yoga and offers Pilates After Dark for intermediate levels and beyond. The studio uses a credit system: one credit equals one wellness class or one contrast therapy session, with options for 30 or 50 minutes in an infrared sauna plus cold plunge. Memberships start with a two-month commitment, then go month-to-month. An intro offer provides seven days of unlimited classes for $20. The space hosts events like Philosophy & Tea and improv games, and it welcomes beginners as well as intermediate students.

Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat is contrast therapy?
An infrared sauna paired with a cold plunge, and here a single class credit buys either a wellness class or a contrast session of 30 or 50 minutes. Being able to spend the same credit on a sauna or a Pilates class is unusual and it changes what a membership is worth.
What does a membership run?
Vibra Light is $65 a month for five credits, Vibra Core $85 for eight, Vibra Deep $130 for twelve and Vibra Unlimited $169. Sauna alone is $89 a month, cold plunge $85, and both together $129.
What is the intro week?
Seven days of unlimited access for $20, starting the moment you book your first class rather than on the date of purchase.
Is there a minimum term?
Two months at Casa Vibra, after which every membership continues month to month.
Is this only a fitness studio?
No, it is a wellness and coworking space. Alongside movement classes it runs Run Club Reset, Plant Loteria Night, Art Tuesdays, mahjong and Chinese tea, chess fundamentals and philosophy evenings.
What facilities are there?
A gender neutral restroom, showers, lockers, bike racks and parking, alongside the sauna and plunge.
Who runs it?
It describes itself as Latinx owned, women owned, ESA friendly, family friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly and neurodiverse friendly.
Is it open on Monday?
No. Monday is closed, Tuesday through Thursday run 10am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday to 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
