What equipment is available?
Cadillac and Tower, Chair, Reformer, Mat and Rollers. Lena's repertoire runs to over one thousand exercises across them.
How big is the studio?
1300 square feet with tall ceilings, large windows and wall mounted mirrors, so plenty of natural light. Parking is ample.
Can I train while pregnant?
The studio offers pre and post-natal workouts, and works with injuries, athletes and seniors as well. Sessions are built around what you need.
When can I book, and how?
Call (805) 964-0111 rather than booking online. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday run 6:30am to 7:30pm, Wednesday starts at 7am, and Friday finishes earlier at 6:30pm. Saturday is 7am to 5pm and Sunday is closed. Pre-payment is required on packages, so decide before you turn up. Everything is private or semi-private, up to three clients at once, in a room of 1300 square feet.
