About HOTKOR REFORMER
HOTKOR is a heated mat room in West Palm Beach with a sauna and a cold plunge attached, and all three are sold separately as well as together. The Pilates is hot mat work rather than machine work, so what shapes the class is the temperature of the room, not the apparatus in it.
A single hot mat class is $32. The sauna and the cold plunge are $19 each on their own. Packs run $139 for five, $269 for ten and $389 for fifteen, all expiring after 6 months, which walks the per class rate down from $28 to $26.
There are two monthly plans. The cheaper is $179 and is built on 8 classes a month. The one the studio calls HOTKOR Style is $249 for 16 classes plus 6 sauna sessions a month, which works out at $15.50 a class. Both are described as flexible and cancellable with notice rather than as a fixed contract.
One thing to check before booking. This listing is recorded under the name HOTKOR REFORMER, but everything the studio publishes describes hot mat Pilates, and the only equipment we hold on file for it is a mat. If you are booking specifically for reformer work, confirm that with the studio first.

Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow cold is the plunge?
Two temperatures are offered: Alaska at 47 degrees and Iceland at 57. Ten degrees is a substantial difference at that end of the scale, and being able to choose is unusual. Most studios with a plunge run one temperature and leave you to cope with it.
What do the recovery add ons cost?
$19 each for a single cold plunge or sauna session, against $32 for a hot mat Pilates class.
Is this a reformer studio?
The name says reformer but the studio describes itself as boutique hot mat Pilates, with hot yoga alongside. Confirm which format you are booking, because the two are not the same workout.
Which address is right?
Two are published: 2516 Florida Avenue and 2730 South Dixie Highway, Suite 4. Both are in West Palm Beach but they are not the same building, so ring before setting out.
Is parking difficult?
Yes, the studio says so directly. Mostly street parking with some permit only spaces, payable through a parking app, and city garages downtown as the fallback.
How much is a monthly plan?
From $179 a month, with showers and lockers on site for anyone training before work.
Should I bring my own mat?
Mats rent for $2 if you would rather not carry one. Grip socks are required, and breathable athletic clothing is worth wearing in the infrared heat.
Should I book ahead?
Yes, the studio says classes often fill, so booking in advance through the app is the reliable route.
