What does the $179 membership actually include?
That's the HOTKOR Essentials plan: 8 hot mat classes and 4 sauna sessions per month. If you want more, FLOW is $199 for 12 classes and 6 saunas, STYLE is $249 for 16 classes and 6 saunas, and PRO is $399 for 16 classes plus daily sauna and cold plunge.
Is there a cheaper way to try it out?
Yes. They have a $99 unlimited month for 30 days, one class a day. Or a $19 intro special for a single heated mat class, and a $79 intro pack. If you're new, the $99 unlimited is the best value.
What's the difference between a single class and a class pack?
A single hot mat class is $32. A 5-pack is $139, which is $28 a class. The 10-pack is $269 ($27) and the 15-pack is $389 ($26). Packs expire in 6 months. If you plan to go regularly, a pack saves you money.
Do I need to bring my own mat and towel?
Yes, bring a mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Also, no shoes or socks in the studio room. Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing.
What's the deal with the cold plunge and sauna?
They have both on site. A single cold plunge session is $19, and a sauna session is also $19. Some memberships include sauna sessions, and the PRO plan includes both daily.
What classes do they actually offer?
They have Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Yoga, and private pilates. They also have a class called Pilates and Perreo, which is reggaeton-fueled hot mat Pilates. All classes are on the mat, no reformers.
