A single drop-in class is $18, which is perfect for visitors. If you're in town for a week, they also offer a One Week of Yoga pass for $50, but that's in-studio only.

Yes, they have a 30-day introductory program for $75 that gives you unlimited access to both live stream and in-studio classes. That's a much better deal than paying $18 per class if you plan to go more than four times in a month.

They have mats on site, so you don't have to bring one. But if you have your own, you can bring it, along with water. They also suggest wearing comfortable clothing.
