There are no start-up or cancellation fees, but any change needs one month's written notice. The plan can also sit on hold indefinitely for $12 a month, which still allows one class per month at the drop-in rate.

Personal training, assisted stretching and private yoga all run from the same 2,500 square foot facility, which has a fully equipped gym, a private meditation space, a yoga room with waterfront views and two private shower rooms.
