Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhy is unlimited $299 when membership starts at $95?
Because they buy different things. $95 gets you a limited tier and $299 buys everything, and against a 10 class pack at $375 the unlimited only makes sense at genuinely high attendance. Work out your realistic month before choosing it, because the gap between those two figures is the largest of any studio in Jacksonville on this site.
What is the starter price?
Two classes for $35 for new clients, which is well under the pack rates and the obvious first purchase.
What do class packs cost?
$170 for five, $375 for ten and $560 for twenty, with the per class rate falling steadily as the pack grows.
How cheap is a private?
$65 a session, which is remarkably low for one to one instruction and cheaper than a single class at many reformer studios.
Why does it shut after lunch?
Tuesday through Friday split into a morning from 6am to 1pm and an afternoon block closing at 7pm. Monday is the exception and runs straight through to 7pm.
What are the weekend hours?
8am to noon on both Saturday and Sunday, four hour mornings either side.
Can I book through ClassPass?
Yes, HiReformance appears on ClassPass as well as running its own booking system.
Should I read anything into the rating?
It shows 5.0 from four reviews, which is far too small a sample to conclude anything. Judge the downtown Jacksonville studio by a visit.
