Why does the schedule have gaps?
Every weekday splits into a morning block and an evening one with nothing between. Monday's morning runs to 11am and reopens later for an evening finishing at 8:30pm, and Friday morning starts early and finishes before 9am. Check the day before assuming a lunchtime class exists, because none do here.
Are there reformer and mat classes?
Both, for all levels from beginner to advanced, in a small studio in the Arlington neighbourhood.
