Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhy do the hours change so much through the week?
Every day is different here. The earliest starts are Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, most other weekdays open at 9am, and Wednesday shuts again at 2pm. Thursday and Friday are the late nights, running to 7pm, while Saturday opens 8:30am and Sunday is closed. Monday finishes at 5pm, so an after work class really only works later in the week.
How much is a drop in at Happy Life Movement?
A drop in is $35. Nothing else is published, so call (239) 460-0246 if you want pack or membership pricing before booking.
Is Happy Life Movement a new studio?
Fairly new. It began as a Fuse Ladder collaboration planned in 2020, and that plan became a reality in 2024, so Fort Myers has not had it long.
Is this mat work or machine work?
Mat is the only equipment on record here, so plan for floor work. Their own pages reference a Fuse Ladder collaboration, so ask by phone whether apparatus classes run.
What does the 5 star rating actually mean here?
Not much yet. Google shows 5 from 4 reviews for Happy Life Movement, which is far too small a sample to lean on.
