What is unusual about the method?
It combines contemporary Pilates with gymnastics strength and conditioning exercises on the reformer. The instructors come from Pilates, gymnastics, ballet, yoga and circus backgrounds, which is a wider range than most studios draw on and it shows up in the shapes you are asked to make. If you have only done reformer at a franchise, expect the vocabulary to be unfamiliar.
What are the intro offers?
A first class for $39, two classes for $49, or an unlimited week for $99. A standard drop in is $49.
How much is a membership?
$249 a month for eight classes, $329 for twelve, $379 for sixteen and $399 for twenty. Nothing beyond the month you sign up for is committed.
How long do the packs last?
One month for the 5 pack at $199, and two months for the 10 at $339 and the 15 at $449.
How much is a private session?
$150 one to one, $130 per person for two, and $110 per person for three. A three class solo pack is $299 and a five class duet pack is $425 per person.
Can I take a class while pregnant?
The studio says the exercises suit pregnant and post partum clients. Tell the instructor beforehand.
When is it open?
In short blocks. Mornings finish at 10:30am most days, with evening blocks on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Friday is a morning only and Sunday is closed.
