View all FAQsIs Flex Factory in Denton or Northlake?
Northlake. The street address is 6000 Cleveland Gibbs Rd, Suite 100, Northlake, TX 76226, though the studio is filed under Denton, so search either name. Google has it at five stars across 25 reviews, and the phone is (972) 365-9156.
What do Flex Factory memberships cost?
Three tiers, all called Flex. Lite Flex is 4 classes a month for $130, Strong Flex is 8 classes for $170, and Max Flex is unlimited for $200. A single drop in, sold as Quick Flex, is $35. Lite only beats paying $35 a time if you use all four in the month; miss one and the drop-ins would have been cheaper.
Does Flex Factory close in the middle of the day?
On weekdays, yes. Monday to Thursday the doors open at 6am, shut at 1pm and reopen at half past four for an evening block that ends at 7:30pm. Friday is mornings only, 6am to 12pm. Saturday and Sunday both run 9am to 1pm, so there is no weekend evening class at Northlake.
Which reformer classes does Flex Factory run?
Seven, all on the Reformer. Classical follows the original Joseph Pilates sequence. Endurance adds cardio bursts, Modern Intensity mixes in HIIT, Bootcamp brings military-style challenges, and TRX Pilates Fusion hangs suspension straps beside the machine. Stretch and Roll is the gentle one, with foam rollers, and Tempo and Tone slows everything down for long holds under tension.
Does Flex Factory offer private sessions?
Two answers circulate. The studio's own FAQ has group classes as the whole offering at this time, with no privates, while another page on the same site refers to private Pilates. Ring (972) 365-9156 before assuming either.
How late can I cancel a Flex Factory class?
Up to 6 hours before it starts. Inside that window a late cancellation fee applies, and no figure for the fee is published, so ask when you sign up.
Are grip socks sold at Flex Factory?
Yes, and they are compulsory, so pick up a pair on the way in if you forget. Wear fitted activewear with no zippers, because loose fabric and metal catch on the reformer.
How do people book at Flex Factory?
ClubReady account, the Flex Factory app, or in person with sales staff. Arrive 10 minutes early at first.
