How hot are the classes?
Inferno Hot Pilates runs around 95 degrees. Yoga Sculpt and Strength is 45 minutes at 95 to 98 degrees using weights throughout. Bikram is the traditional 26 postures and two breathing exercises over 90 minutes.
What if a class is full?
Come to the studio anyway. Spots are given to waitlisted people who are physically present about ten minutes before the class starts, which rewards turning up rather than refreshing an app.
Are there showers?
