View all FAQsDo I have to start with privates?
Yes. Every new client completes a 3-Private Session Trial Offer first, which covers the studio, the equipment and building a routine.
What does the trial cost?
3 Private Sessions is $229. Introductory Trials begin at $159, and other options are 3 Duet Sessions or 1 Private plus 2 Group Classes.
Can I skip the private trial?
Only by inquiry, and only with a year or more of consistent equipment Pilates behind you. Then a 3 Group Classes trial becomes available.
What do ongoing rates look like?
Group classes start at $28 with a 12-month membership. Duets start at $56 per person and privates at $93 a session on the same terms.
What equipment does the studio have?
Reformers, Towers, Chairs and Jump Boards, plus small apparatus like bands, rings and balls, and dumbbells for the training side.
How do I book a private?
Email info@breathediversitypilates.com. Group classes go through a Momence login instead, which you create yourself.
What hours does the studio keep?
Tuesday and Thursday open earliest at 7am, the rest at 8am, all closing at 6:30pm. Friday stops at 1pm, Saturday runs 7:30am to 12:30pm, and Sunday is closed.
Is this a good place to start Pilates?
It is structured for it, though not cheaply. Because every new client goes through three private sessions before joining a group, you learn the machine one to one rather than by copying a room. That trial is $229. After that group classes start at $28 with a 12-month commitment, which is where the cost lands. Grip socks are required, and there is a teacher training programme if you go further.
