View all FAQsHow do I actually book a class here, and do I need to create an account first?
Booking runs on Mindbody, so you go to their Mindbody link and pick a class. You will need an account to book, but that is standard for Mindbody studios. Their site also has a booking link on it.
What does a drop in class cost, and is there a cheaper way to try it out?
A single class is $42 and expires in 30 days. If you are new, the intro offer is 4 classes for $120, which is $30 each, but it expires in 14 days. That is the better deal if you can use them fast.
I have never done reformer pilates. Which class should I start with?
Start with the Method Reformer class. It is recommended for new students and needs no prior experience. The Pilates Reformer and Athletic Reformer classes require prior reformer experience, so skip those until you have some.
Is there a community class for beginners, and is it discounted?
Yes, there is a special Community Reformer Method class for beginners, and the first class is 50% off. That is a cheap way to test the studio.
What do class packages cost, and how long do they last?
A 4 class package is $144 ($36 per class) and expires in 60 days. A 12 class package is $348 ($29 per class) and expires in 90 days. A 24 class package is $672 ($28 per class) and expires in 120 days.
What happens if I cancel late or do not show up?
Late cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. So if you cannot make it, cancel within the cancellation window or you lose the class.
Do they have towels, or should I bring my own?
They have towel service, so you do not need to bring one. That is a nice perk, especially for a sweaty reformer class.
What equipment do they actually have on site?
They have a full set of Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector. So you are not limited to just the reformer.
