Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow do I book a class at Demi Pointe Pilates?
You can book through the Demi Pointe Pilates App or via links on their website, which run on Mindbody. The direct booking link is https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws.
What does a single class cost, and are there cheaper options for new clients?
A single drop-in is $39. New clients can get their first class for $20 or a 2-week unlimited pass for $99, which is a better deal if you plan to come more than once.
What are the membership options and prices?
Memberships range from 4 classes a month at $139 (or $119 with a 3-month autopay) up to unlimited at $319 (or $274 with autopay). There's also an 8-class option at $209 or $184, and a 12-class at $269 or $234.
I've never done Reformer Pilates. Is there a class for me?
They recommend new Reformer practitioners start with a Foundations course. That's the class to book first.
What's the cancellation policy?
You need to cancel at least 12 hours in advance. If you're on an unlimited membership, a late cancel costs $15; if you're on a class pack, you lose that class. Missing a reservation entirely costs $20 for unlimited members, and there's a 10-minute grace period before they lock the door and charge a $20 no-show fee.
Can I take a private or semi-private session?
Yes. A private session is $120, or $400 for four. Semi-private for two people is $160 for one session, or $520 for four.
