View all FAQsHow do I book a class here?
Booking runs on Acuity Scheduling, not MarianaTek. After you buy a single class or membership, you get a confirmation email with a unique booking code. Use that code to reserve your spot. You can book up to 14 days in advance. Doors open 10 minutes before class, and late entry is not allowed after a 5 minute grace period.
Are grip socks required?
Yes, grip socks are required for all classes. You can add a pair as an add-on when booking, or buy them on the website and pick them up at the studio by showing your instructor the confirmation email.
What happens if I'm late?
Doors open 10 minutes before class. After a 5 minute grace period, late entry is not permitted for safety reasons. Plan to arrive early.
Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Yes. A single class is $40. That credit is valid for 30 days from purchase and does not roll over. It's a good way to see if you like the studio before paying $229 a month for a membership.
How do I cancel or change a class?
Click the cancel link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you cancel at least 12 hours before class, you keep your credit. Less than 12 hours and the credit is forfeited, no exceptions.
What's the cancellation policy for memberships?
Core Flex and Core Premium Flex have no commitment and can be cancelled anytime. Core Membership requires a 3 month commitment first, then it becomes month to month.
How do I contact the studio?
There is no phone number and no front desk. Email bookings@corerevivalpilates.com for booking questions and general inquiries. They aim to respond within 48 business hours. They do not manage social media inquiries.
What happens in severe weather?
If there is extreme weather or a citywide closure, they notify clients and waive cancellation fees as needed.
