Club Pilates Northway Mall is on Central Avenue, between Gamestop and Mattress Firm, and it runs the reformer based format the chain is built on rather than a mat program. Eight class types are published for this studio, ranging from Cardio Sculpt on the jumpboard to Restore, which is a foam rolling and myofascial release class rather than a workout. Every class carries a level, and the levels gate each other. Level 1 is the foundation and is where the free intro sits. Level 1.5 wants Level 1 behind you, Level 2 needs an instructor to sign off, and Level 2.5 asks for three months at Level 2 or approval. The requirement is printed against the class before you book rather than after. There is also a Teen class for ages 14 to 19, which runs only at selected locations and is published for this one. Doors open at six in the morning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and at 7:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. Weekends start at eight and Saturday closes at five. No price appears on this page because Club Pilates sets rates franchise by franchise and this studio publishes none. The intro class is genuinely free.

Lynda Capocefalo has taught here on her own since 2003, and she was a professional dancer before that. The method is classical, worked on the mat and on the apparatus, and she is the only instructor, so whoever you book with is who you get. Mat class is the way in. It runs $18, caps at seven people and needs at least two to go ahead, and it is the only session you can walk into without an appointment. Registered students get first call on the spots. Everything else is one to one or in a small group. A private is $65 in prime hours and $55 outside them, a duet is $40 each, and a trio or quattro is $35, though the studio asks for seven privates and two duets before it will put you in one. Classes run 55 minutes. Bring cash or a check, because there is no card option. Cancel inside 24 hours and you are charged for the session, packages expire six months from purchase, and none of them are refundable or transferable.
