Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs that score reliable?
4.9 across 553 reviews, one of the largest samples on this site. At that count the average reflects years of classes rather than a good stretch.
What is Y6 TRX?
A class using a full TRX wall mount system to work the six core yoga formats against suspension straps. It is the specialty class that needs equipment the other studios in the chain may not have installed.
How short is Saturday?
Four hours, 7:30am to 11:30am, against 5:45am to 9:30pm on a weekday. That is the sharpest weekend drop of any YogaSix in this directory, so a Saturday afternoon class does not exist here at all.
What are the six signature classes?
Y6 101 for beginners, Restore, Slow Flow, Signature in hot and warm versions, Power Flow, and Sculpt and Flow. Mix, TRX and Mobility run as specialty classes alongside them.
How much is unlimited?
$119 a month for four classes at New Haven, on a two month minimum commitment.
Do I get a towel?
Yes, a eucalyptus towel at the end of class, with lockers and rental towels too.
How hot is the room?
It varies by class, from warm through to hot, with the class name telling you which. Y6 Restore is lightly warm and Y6 Power Flow is heated.
How do I find it?
In the New Haven Marketplace between New Haven Drive and Haven Avenue, next to the Stater Bros, with parking in the connected lot. Arrive fifteen minutes early.
