About Willow Pilates
Willow Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio in Little Silver, NJ, offering private and semi-private sessions on Pilates equipment, plus weekly group mat classes. Lisa Kevis, who brings 30 years of teaching experience and completed a comprehensive 500-hour Pilates training with Embody Pilates in NYC, opened the studio in 2009. The studio is dedicated to bringing Pilates to all ages and fitness levels in a non-intimidating, supportive, safe environment. An introductory special is available for $45.
