Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat is a TREMBLE Orlando class actually like?
Expect 50 minutes on a reformer, combining cardio, strength and Pilates-style work, with functional full-body moves that keep coming back to the core. TREMBLE Orlando calls it high intensity with low impact.
Does TREMBLE Orlando offer private sessions?
Private and semi-private sessions are both available alongside the 50-minute group format. No rate is published for either, so ask TREMBLE Orlando on (407) 680-0930.
Why can't I find opening hours for TREMBLE Orlando?
No opening hours are on record for the Orlando studio. Class times sit behind the reserve popup at makeittremble.com/orlando, so check there before driving to North Mills Avenue.
What do classes at TREMBLE Orlando cost?
Orlando has not published prices of its own beyond saying the first class is discounted. At TREMBLE Brickell, a separate studio, drop-ins are $37, a 5-class pack is $169, and memberships run from $124 for 4 classes per month to $232 for 8 classes. Treat those as a yardstick and confirm Orlando's rates on (407) 680-0930.
How strict is the 12-hour cancellation window in Orlando?
Strict, by TREMBLE's own description. Miss the 12-hour cutoff or fail to turn up and that credit disappears, while unlimited memberships carry a $25 charge for cancelling or rescheduling late. Orlando handles every change through a login, never a call or an email.
If I come off the TREMBLE Orlando waitlist, can I cancel freely?
Only outside the 12-hour window, which covers a waitlist booking exactly as it covers any other. Joining needs paid credit on your account first. When a machine frees up, TREMBLE books you in and emails a confirmation, and entries close 8 hours before start.
Should a perfect 5 on Google sway me toward TREMBLE Orlando?
Across 155 Google reviews, a perfect 5 is no small-sample fluke for TREMBLE Orlando.
What if I arrive after an Orlando class has started?
Once the scheduled start passes, your spot can be handed to someone on the Orlando waitlist, so treat the start time as a deadline.
