View all FAQsHow do I actually book a class at Body Alive Waterford Lakes?
You book online through their booking system at bodyalive.marianatek.com. You will need to create an account or reset your password first. All reservations must be made before you walk in.
What's the deal with the founding membership?
They are offering a founding membership for a limited time: unlimited classes for $109 a month, for life. That is the same price as their regular unlimited membership, so if you plan to go often, it is a good deal. But it is only available for a limited time.
Is the hot mat pilates actually hot?
Yes, the room is kept at 102 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity. They also have hot power yoga classes that build heat from the inside out.
How far ahead can I reserve a class?
It depends on your membership type. Unlimited members can book 7 days out. Non-unlimited members, like those with class packs or single drop-ins, can book 3 days out. Promotional memberships also have a 3-day window, but guests using class packs or single classes have a 5-day window.
What happens if I cancel late?
You need to cancel at least 24 hours before class. If you cancel late, unlimited, annual, and promotional members get charged a $10 penalty. If you are on a class pack or single class credit, you lose that credit.
Can I rent a mat or do I need to bring my own?
You can rent a mat at the front desk for $5. They also sell mats and Yogitoes if you want to buy your own. Bring a towel and water, though you can buy a sweat towel for $1 or a shower towel for $5 if you forget.
