Yes, 6:30am to 8pm all seven days, with no variation between them. Thirteen and a half hours a day, seven days a week, is unusual for a boutique studio and it makes the schedule easy to plan around.
Why does the membership exclude Reformer Flow?
Because reformer capacity is the scarce thing. Platinum at $119 a month on a 12 month term and Gold at $139 on six months both cover unlimited classes but leave reformer out. A Platinum+ add on at $80 a month buys four reformer classes and is only available to Platinum and Gold members.
What is the cheapest way to try it?
$39 for 14 consecutive days of unlimited classes, though that excludes Reformer Flow too. Four classes for $88 or a new client unlimited at $158 are the other routes, and a single class is $38.
Is the room heated?
No. Every class runs at room temperature, around 75 degrees, which the studio states plainly.
Is a mat provided?
For BE Sculpted mats are provided. For everything else except the reformer classes you bring your own, or rent one for $5.
What happens if I am late?
More than five minutes and you are not getting in. Cancelling needs 8 hours notice, and inside that it is a $15 fee on unlimited or a forfeited credit on a limited plan.
How large are the classes?
Up to 22 depending on the style, so walk ins are possible but booking ahead is the safer route.
