View all FAQsHow do I get on the schedule for a class?
You book through the website or the Mindbody app, both use their scheduling system. The direct link is on their site.
What does a single class set me back?
A drop-in is $29. If you plan to come more than a few times, the 5-class pack at $130 works out to $26 per class, and the 50-class pack drops it to $18 per class.
Do they have mats or do I need to bring my own?
They have reformers and half cadillacs, but for mat work you'd need your own. They sell grip socks, so you can grab those there if you forget.
What's the deal with canceling a class?
You need to cancel at least 12 hours before, or you lose the class. If you're on the monthly day-pass membership, there's a $10 fee for late cancels or no-shows.
Is the first class actually free?
Their site says first class free, but we haven't confirmed if there's any fine print. Best to call ahead at (727) 469-3416 to lock it in.
Can I buy grip socks at the studio?
Yes, they sell grip socks on site, so you don't need to bring your own. They also ask you to leave your phone in a cubby on silent during class.
What equipment will I actually use in class?
Classes use reformers and half cadillacs. Some classes, like Cardio Jump, use the jumpboard. There's also mat work, so you might need your own mat.
