View all FAQsThe studio is inside a church. Is that the right address?
Yes. The Grace Studio operates inside Grace Presbyterian Church at 2801 N Garfield St. It is not a shopfront, so look for the church rather than a studio sign.
When exactly do the mat classes run?
Tuesday and Thursday only, at 9:30am and 4:15pm. Four slots a week, so the timetable is narrow and worth planning around.
Can I book last minute?
No. Reservations close two hours before the start, and booking is by text to 972-822-7580.
Is there anything to do before my first visit?
Yes, and it saves time on the day. Go to the forms section of the website and complete the paperwork before you arrive rather than filling it in at the door.
Can I do reformer work here?
Not at this address. The Grace Studio runs mat classes only, $20 for 50 minutes, using body weight and Joseph Pilates' original mat sequence. The equipment work happens elsewhere: private lessons at $85 on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Foot Corrector, Pedi-Pull, small and large barrels and the Spine Corrector, all through the Dunraven studio instead. So if you came for a reformer, you want the other site.
Who teaches?
Bettina, who is trained across the full apparatus and blends classical principles with modern biomechanics. She takes the mat classes here and the private work at the other site.
What should I wear and where do I park?
Form fitting clothing without zippers or embellishments, since those mark the equipment. Barefoot or grip socks on the feet. Parking is free and close at both Bett Pilates sites.
