About Bett Pilates

What does a first session involve?
You'll fill out an intake form about your fitness history, goals, and any medical considerations. Then Bettina does a basic movement assessment to make sure exercises are safe and effective for you.
Do I need grip socks?
Pilates is typically done barefoot or with grip socks for stability and hygiene. They sell grip socks on site, so you can grab a pair if you need them.
