Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is this The Core Lab in Mission Bend or the Heights?

Probably the Heights. The address is 1203 W 34th St Ste C, Houston, TX 77018, and bookings run through a page named scheduleheights. Call (346) 334-5172 or 832-690-8120 before driving over from Mission Bend.

What happens inside a Core Method class?

The Core Method is the studio's high-intensity, low-impact workout on LabFormer equipment, and each class lasts 50 minutes. A warm-up leads into 5-10 minutes of core work, then legs, obliques and arms, and the session ends on a core challenge. Springs and cables on the LabFormer adjust for different positions and directions, with zero rest periods, which the studio says tires muscles without stressing the joints or back.

CoreLab Unlimited or CoreLab Collective: which suits me?

CoreLab Unlimited is $279 per month with no commitment, and CoreLab Collective is $249 per month on a 12-month commitment. Every membership includes Lagree Fitness, Mobility, Breathwork and CoreLab events. Both auto-renew and need 10-day email notice to cancel, so pick the Collective only if you are sure of the year.

Does a monthly plan beat paying for single classes at $38?

For regulars, yes. The 4 Classes/Month plan at $119 costs less than four $38 drop-ins, and 8 Classes/Month runs $189. Payment is upfront on Mariana Tek, and cash is not accepted.

Can I book The Core Lab privately, alone or for a group?

Yes. Private sessions are $120, or $550 as a 5-pack and $1,050 as a 10-pack, and private events run $500 for 1 hour, $850 for 2 hours, and $1,350 for 3 hours.

Is The Core Lab open on Sunday afternoons?

Briefly. Sunday runs 8:15am to 10:15am, then reopens for a late afternoon block ending at 5pm. Weekdays open at 5:30am, though Friday is done by 12:30pm.

What should I know before my first LabFormer class?

Come 10-15 minutes early for the equipment tutorial and waivers; with under 5 minutes to spare you can lose the spot and the credit. Grip socks are mandatory and sold there. Late cancellations under the 8-hour policy cost $15, no-shows $25.

How do Google reviewers rate The Core Lab?
