Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
What is AntiGravity Yoga?

Aerial yoga worked in a silk hammock, drawing movement from dance, Pilates, yoga and calisthenics. The studio also runs fitness classes on Bounce trampolines, so neither format is anything you will find at an ordinary yoga studio nearby.

Does a longer contract cut the price?

Sharply. A monthly unlimited pass with no contract is $175. On a three month contract it is $120 for the first month then $99 for the second and third, which is a substantial saving if you know you will stay.

What is the pay as you go price?

$20 for 60 minutes or $25 for 90. Monthly passes at $50 for three 60 minute classes and $75 for five both expire in 30 days, and can be used toward a 90 minute class for an extra $5.

What are the weekly membership tiers?

$65 a month for one class a week, $125 for two, $183 for three, $230 for four and $285 for five.

What do I wear?

Capris or long leggings and a tank top, plus a shirt with cap sleeves, because some of the wraps irritate the skin under the arms. That is a specific warning worth heeding on a first visit.

Can I wear socks?

No shoes and no ordinary socks. Yoga toe socks with grips are allowed, to stop you slipping on the bamboo floor.

Is there massage?

Yes, massage therapy alongside the classes, though appointments have to be made by phone rather than online.

What does the daily schedule look like?

The same split every day of the week: a morning block from 8:30am to noon, then an evening block closing at 8pm. Seven days, identical hours, with a long afternoon gap in the middle.
