Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
What do the intro offers buy?

Two versions are published: four classes for $49, and a month of unlimited for $150. A separate new student special appears at $79. Against $45 for a single class, all three beat paying per session, so ask which is current.

What are the late fees?

Twelve hours on every group class. Unlimited members pay $25 for a late cancel and $50 for a no show, and anyone on a package simply forfeits the credit.

Can I arrive late?

Not by more than five minutes. Past that you may not be admitted and your spot can go to a standby client.

Which class should I start with?

Fundamentals, which the studio recommends for first timers to learn the exercises and the machines before joining Strength plus Sculpt.

What does a membership cost?

From $149 a month, with unlimited starting at $249. A ten class package is $350.

Are there two locations?

Yes, Culver City on Venice Boulevard and Santa Monica on Wilshire. The Santa Monica site has parking behind the building.

How early should I arrive?

At least five minutes for a first class, to meet the instructor and be introduced to the reformer. A waiver has to be signed before you start.

Who runs it?

The studio describes itself as inclusive, woman owned and LGBTQ friendly, with body positivity as an explicit commitment.
