Is every class at Studio C heated?
No. Many of the mat and barre classes run in a gently heated room, while the reformer work does not. Ask which room your class is in if heat is a problem for you.
Why do Tuesday and Thursday mornings run later than Monday?
Monday and Wednesday mornings are finished by 11am, while Tuesday and Thursday open at 9am and hold the morning block until 1pm. Evenings on all of them close at 8:30pm.
Is there a cheap way to try Studio C first?
Yes. A Reformer Room Trial is $20.00 and a Movement Room Trial is $15.00.
What happens if I cancel late or turn up late at Studio C?
Cancel at least 8 hours before the start time and the credit returns to your account. Inside that window you lose the credit and pay a $15 fee. Arrive more than 10 minutes after the start and your spot may be released, with another $15 charge.
Does Studio C use the Tower as well as the Reformer?
Both. The Group Reformer and Tower classes pair resistance work on the Reformer with focused movement on the Tower, and the private apparatus sessions are one-on-one on both.
