View all FAQsHow do I book a class here?
You book through Mindbody at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws. The studio is by appointment only, so you need to book ahead.
What does the intro package cost?
The Introductory Package is $280. If you're new, that's the way to go rather than a single class, since it gives you multiple sessions.
Do they have mats and reformers, or do I need to bring my own?
They have mats and reformers on site. The equipment list includes Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, Chair, Barrel, and more, so you don't need to bring anything except yourself.
Is this a classical studio or contemporary?
It's classical. They stick to Joseph Pilates' original system and don't mix in TRX, barre, or bosu like some contemporary places. The instructors are trained in the Power Pilates Comprehensive Classical program, which is over 600 hours.
What apparatus will I actually use in a typical class?
Depends on the class. They offer Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Wall, and Mat classes. The equipment on site includes all of those plus things like the Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector. In a classical session, you'll follow the specific order Joseph Pilates designed.
What kind of training do the instructors have?
All instructors have completed Power Pilates Comprehensive Classical training, which includes over 600 hours of training, observation, self-practice, and practice teaching.
