About [solidcore] Boca Raton
[solidcore] runs a high intensity, low impact workout on its own custom built reformer in Boca Raton, so it is Pilates inspired rather than classical Pilates. Classes are group based on the machine, with mats also in the room. The studio sits in Glades Plaza, and both the main entrance and the free parking are at the rear of the building facing 19th Street, which is worth knowing because the front is not where you go in.
