Steady Glow covers 4 classes a month at $108. Radiant Flow covers 8 at $199. Neither one is unlimited.
How long is a private session?
Most run 55 minutes at $120. There is a 45 minute option at $90, and a 30 minute one at $60 where that suits.
How early should I arrive?
10 to 15 minutes before your first class, then 5 minutes for every visit after that.
Who runs Haven Pilates?
Dana Shaked founded it, a former professional dancer who works in functional movement and rehabilitation. The studio is locally owned rather than a franchise.
What classes are on the timetable, and when is the studio open?
Functional Pilates, Full Body Athletic Reformer, Pilates Fusion, Power Pilates, Jump-board, Beyond Classical and Mat on the Tower. The approach mixes classical repertoire with contemporary work. Hours run 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday through Thursday, then Friday finishes at 12:30pm and Saturday is 9am to 12pm. Sunday is closed. Reformers, mats and props are all provided, so bring grip socks and water and nothing else.
