Compare with any studio in Sanford

At twice a week, Salty AF Pilates works out at $220 a month on its cheapest published rate. None of the studios nearby publish a price yet, so put them side by side on what they teach, their equipment and their hours instead, then call for the money.

Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
What is biohacking here?

A real second business alongside the Pilates. Infrared sauna, PEMF therapy, red light therapy, vibration plate recovery, sound baths and breathwork all run at the studio, and several are bundled into the class memberships rather than sold separately. That is unusual: most studios that mention recovery mean a foam roller in the corner. Here the sauna and the vibration plate are on the price list as products in their own right.

How big is a group class?

Four in a group class, two in a partner class, one to one in a private. All 45 to 55 minutes.

What do the memberships include?

More than classes. SALTY at $160 gives four group classes, a guest pass, vibration plate use and two sauna sessions over four weeks. SALTIER at eight classes adds two guest passes and four sauna sessions.

What are the intro offers?

Two privates plus two group classes for $199, three group classes for $89, or two privates for $99.

What do private memberships cost?

Low Tide is $340 for four classes over six weeks with a sauna session. Rising Tide is $680 for eight with two saunas, and High Tide $960 for twelve with four.

Can I buy sauna sessions alone?

Yes. A single is $45, four are $150, or four on auto renew are $100 and eight are $160. PEMF sessions and PEMF water fills are priced separately again.

Who is the studio for?

It names adults over 40, beginners, athletes, and women in perimenopause and menopause as its focus, which is a more specific brief than most studios set.

Where does everyone park?

Next to the building, accessed from 3rd Street because of construction rather than from French Avenue.
