View all FAQsIs Rock Your Body Fitness Studio open to men?
No. It runs as a women-only fitness studio in Homestead, and it is women-led and veteran-owned.
Is a Pilates class $10 or $17 at Rock Your Body?
Two figures circulate. One record puts a drop-in at $10, but the Rock Your Body website quotes $17 for a single class, and $17 is also the Pilates price reported elsewhere. Budget $17 and treat $10 as likely out of date. Zumba is quoted separately at $15.
What does the $59 new student special include?
Classes for 2 weeks, up to 10 classes in total, for $59. Specialty Bungee classes are not included. If you only want a taste, Rock Your Body also offers a free first class pass.
When does the $85 unlimited membership make sense?
Once you are coming regularly, because the $17 single Pilates rate adds up fast. Use the $59 special first to see how often you actually get to Homestead.
Why is there a midday gap in the Homestead schedule?
Rock Your Body runs morning and evening blocks rather than all-day hours. Mornings wrap by 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and by 10am on Tuesday and Thursday. Evenings go to 9pm except Thursday, which starts at 7pm and shows a close of 12am. Saturday runs 10am to 3pm and Sunday is dark. Friday's morning entry looks garbled, so ring (786) 457-8791 before an early visit.
What should I know before my first Bungee Fitness class?
Bungee Fitness classes run 60 minutes and cover a warm-up, technique training and a full-body workout. Participants need to weigh between 90-250 lbs, and loose clothing is a bad idea because it can interfere with the bungee cords.
How is Pilates taught at Rock Your Body?
As Pilates Core Training, using Pilates balls and rings with controlled movements, and as Mat Pilates. Both are beginner-friendly, and mats are provided.
Are there classes for older adults and aerial workshops in Homestead?
Yes. The studio runs Active & Able for ages 65+. Special events include Aerial Sound Bowl Experiences and Beginner Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Workshops alongside regular Aerial Yoga. Google reviewers give Rock Your Body a 5 from 58 reviews.
