View all FAQsDoes the instructor change the price?
Yes, which is unusual and worth knowing. A private session is $74, or $84 with the instructor named Terri. The intro private packages split the same way: three sessions with a Level 1 instructor is $289, and three with a Level 2 or 3 instructor is $349, recommended if you have an injury or want more experienced eyes.
Is there a student rate?
Yes, and a serious one. The Pilates Era membership is $99 a month for anyone 24 or under with a valid student ID, covering unlimited mat, barre, PSM and mobility classes. A Plus version adds 12 equipment or semi private sessions a month.
Can I train with two other people?
Yes. A triple session is $49 per person, against $64 for a duet and $74 for a private, with 6 and 12 session packs at $264 and $528.
What is the studio address really?
The listing gives 205 Brooklea Drive under a Syracuse postal address, and the studio's own copy says Cazenovia. Ring before driving to either.
What unusual equipment is there?
A Spring Wall, a Juvo Board and a Hypervibe whole body vibration machine, alongside the reformers, Cadillac, tower, Wunda chairs and barrels.
What is the new client offer?
One week of classes for $99, covering two equipment sessions and unlimited mat work.
Is it open at the weekend?
No. Saturday and Sunday are both closed, and the weekdays run 5am to 7pm.
What is the monthly price?
Equipment memberships work out from $37 a class, mat all access from $199 a month, and a Foundations membership is $399 a month across 90 days covering everything.
