About Prayers and Pilates
Prayers and Pilates is a Christian based reformer studio founded by Erica Carter, who moved into it after more than a decade in homebuilding sales leadership. Alongside reformer classes it runs light therapy saunas. The studio describes itself as the only Christian based reformer Pilates and light therapy studio in the DFW area. Several of its instructors were certified through the Club Pilates programme, and it is one of a small group of North Texas locations.

What separates Reformer 1 from Reformer 2?
Reformer 1 is the entry point, built around form, technique, breathing and body awareness. Reformer 2 assumes you have those and moves faster, with progressions for strength, stability, coordination and endurance. Both are 50-minute workouts with certified instructors.
Is the Tower class one to start with?
No. Tower work mixes strength training, balance and restorative stretching, and it is aimed at members already comfortable with the foundational Reformer principles, so build there first.
