Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs Pilates included in the membership?
Only partly. Pilates Fusion is included and runs on a mat in the group fitness studio. Private and small group reformer sessions carry additional fees on top of the monthly membership, so the $199 starting rate does not buy reformer access.
Is there a free first session?
Yes, a complimentary 50 minute Intro to Pilates private session for new members, covering the equipment and the method. Book it through the club app.
What are the three class levels?
Core as the foundational one for beginners, Transform at intermediate with more choreography and a faster tempo, and Evolve as the most advanced.
What are the CTR class rules?
Sticky socks required and sold at the club, one reservation per day per club, and cancellation at least 12 hours ahead or a $25 no show fee. Miss three reservations in 30 days and you are suspended from booking CTR classes for seven days.
How long are the sessions?
25 or 50 minutes, for private one to one instruction as well as the group formats.
Should the 4.1 rating worry me?
It is on 611 reviews, a large enough sample to be a genuine pattern. Big clubs rate lower than boutique studios as a rule, but 4.1 is low even for the category, so read them.
How long does the studio run?
4am to midnight Monday through Friday and 5am to 11pm at weekends, which is about as wide as a facility gets.
Is this Hurst or Colleyville?
The address is 1221 Church Street in Hurst, while the club's own pages file it under Colleyville. Search the street.
