Monday opens at 6:30am, breaks at 1pm and comes back for an evening block until 8pm. Friday keeps the 6:30am start but finishes at 6pm. Saturday starts at 7:30am, and Sunday runs 9am to 2pm. The owners are in the building for a lot of that, checking people in and doing the laundry.
