The 16-pack: $480, or $30 a class, against $34 in the 8-pack and $32 in the 12-pack. It expires 3 months from first use, so it suits someone coming more than once a week.
How do Duo and Trio prices compare at PosturFIT?
A single Duo is $68 per person and a single Trio $58. The 5-packs come to $325 and $275 per person, and the 10-packs to $600 and $500, which is $60 and $50 a session. Duos are scheduled by request.

Why do the PosturFIT hours change so much by day?
Because classes are by appointment only, and each day has its own window. Monday runs 8:30am to 3pm, Tuesday 8am to 2:30pm and Thursday 8am to 2pm, while Wednesday and Friday mornings wrap up at 11:30am. Monday and Wednesday add an hour-long block ending at 5:30pm, Saturday covers 9am to 1:30pm, and Sunday is one morning hour finishing at 11:30am.
