How do I actually book a class or appointment?
You can book through their website at pilatesyogaloft.com/freedom2beu-virtual-classes, or use the Mindbody app. You can also call them at (904) 325-1497 or email them directly. They run on Mindbody, so if you've used that before, it's the same system.
What does a Pilates Group Reformer class cost?
A single class is $30. If you plan to go regularly, a 5-class pass is $135, and a 10-class pass is $250. The passes save you money per class, so if you're committed, they're worth it.
Are there any outdoor yoga classes, and what do they cost?
