Excellent Pilates studio. They are also great for rehab if you have frozen shoulder or rotator cuff issues, knee or ACL recoveries, or need back and core strengthening. I’m also a fan of the equipment - most of the Pilates studios have just the reformer and do group classes. I searched to find the studios in the peninsula that offer the full setup, even in classes, and that have newer equipment. This is Goldilocks

At twice a week, Pilates Soleil Studio works out at $245 a month on its cheapest published rate. None of the studios nearby publish a price yet, so put them side by side on what they teach, their equipment and their hours instead, then call for the money.
