No, and this trips people up. Pilates sessions are booked and billed separately from the membership. The All-Inclusive tier at $75 a month buys you the Keiser equipment, open gym hours, group training, the infrared sauna and the compression therapy. The Pilates is extra on top.
Can I use insurance?
Not directly. Greater Than is cash pay. They do take HSA and FSA cards for everything, and they will write you a superbill if your supplemental plan might reimburse, but nobody is billing an insurer on your behalf.
What is the cheapest way to work out whether this suits me?

What is Keiser equipment?
