About Offshore Pilates
Offshore Pilates is a small, locally owned studio in Aptos, CA, built by and for the community. It teaches strength-focused reformer Pilates in small group classes, blending foundational Pilates principles with contemporary strength training using reformer spring tension and free weights. The studio also offers mat Pilates, and through May and June, hosts outdoor mat Pilates pop-ups at Seascape Park. Equipment includes reformers and mats.
