What do sessions cost?
$175 for a private and $75 for a semi private, which puts the private at the higher end even for Manhattan.
What apparatus is used?
Reformer, Tower, Chair and mat, taught classically with clinical work available alongside.
How short is Sunday?
Two hours, 9am to 11am. Saturday is far longer at 9am to 8pm, and Friday closes at 3pm.
