Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs this studio in Carrollwood or Greater Northdale?
Both names describe one place. The address is 4950 Northdale Blvd, Suite 102, Greater Northdale, FL 33624, and it trades as My Pilates 24/7 Carrollwood.
When is somebody actually on site?
Someone is on site from 9am to 9pm on weekdays, and the weekend shift is shorter, 9am to 1pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Members get in outside those hours with Bluetooth-secured access.
Is the $150/month membership open to anyone?
Not to everyone. Unlimited 24/7 reformer access is quoted at $150/month for founders only, which reads as a launch rate rather than the standard one, so ask what a regular membership costs before you assume that figure applies to you. Nothing else about the pricing is published for Carrollwood, and the number to check is (727) 203-6587.
Which class should a beginner book here?
Foundations Reformer is the entry point, built around strength and body awareness. Evolve is aimed at intermediate and advanced clients, and Athletic Burn adds cardio to the reformer work.
Are towels provided?
Yes, towels are provided. Bring water, and wear grip socks because they are required for class.
Can you train without an instructor in the room?
Yes. Alongside the 50-minute instructor-led classes, the P.i.P. iPad System runs over 500 on-demand workouts with surround sound and noise-canceling headphones, so a solo session still has structure.
Where do classes get booked?
Nothing is drop-in. Seats come from the custom app or the studio's own booking page, which runs on Marianatek, and ClassPass is connected too.
How do reviewers rate the Carrollwood studio?
The Carrollwood studio sits at 4.5 from 23 reviews, a sample small enough that a single unhappy client moves the average. Read the recent ones rather than the number.
