About My Body Pilates
My Body Pilates is a classical Pilates studio in Harlingen, TX, with additional locations in Brownsville and soon McAllen. It teaches private and duet sessions, plus semi-private classes, on mat and apparatus. The studio is a host site for The Rebel Pilates Collective teacher training program. Founded by Tanya Swayze Miller, it is the only second-generation Pilates studio in the Rio Grande Valley. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.
