I am a married male in my 50’s with the quintessential dad bod combined with aging aches and pains… I have done this now for 1 week, five sessions and of course I am not stellar in there but I do the best I can and the results have been incredible 1) no more back pain at night when sleeping 2) my body is feeling tuned like it did when I did my tri workouts in my 20’s and 30’s 3) already down one notch on my belt Atmosphere is VERY welcoming and fun. It’s a great work out just give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I just LOVE LVL! This is the best workout for full body and specifically my core! Jeremy is a fantastic instructor and I love the energy of the small classes!

My favorite workout! Jeremy and Shannon are the best. I always leave waddling to my car after, mentally and physically stronger with every session!
