What is in a class?
The signature classes run 45 minutes on Allegro 2 reformers, with Cardio Assault Runners, jump boards, resistance bands, balls and weights brought in. The runners are unusual: most reformer studios do not have cardio machines at all.
How fast do the packs expire?
Quickly. A 3 pack at $100 and a 5 pack at $165 both need using within a month, and the 10 pack at $300 and 20 pack at $500 within two.
What does one to one work run?
$100 for a 45 minute session, $430 for five and $900 for ten. A semi private with a minimum of two people is $75 each.
Is there an age limit?
Seventeen for group classes, and sixteen year olds can attend with a parent or guardian present.
Can I train while pregnant?
With a doctor's permission, yes. Tell the instructor so they can modify, and the studio strongly recommends private sessions for that.
