View all FAQsHow much does a drop-in equipment class cost, and is there a cheaper way to try the studio first?
A single drop-in equipment class is $55. If you are new, the 10-day introductory membership is $99 and includes 2 equipment classes plus unlimited mat classes, which works out much cheaper if you plan to come more than once.
What is the difference between the $99 intro membership and the $295 intro private sessions?
The $99 intro is a 10-day studio membership with 2 equipment classes and unlimited mat classes. The $295 intro is 3 private 50-minute sessions. The private sessions are better if you want personalized instruction or have specific needs, but the $99 deal is the best value for trying group classes.
What equipment will I actually use in a group class?
Group classes are either Mat or Equipment. Equipment classes use spring-loaded gear like the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. Mat classes may use weights, Magic Circles, and balls. They also have Kiva Strong Bars, a unique piece that combines two classical pieces into one.
Is the unlimited membership really unlimited, and what does it include?
The $289 per month unlimited membership includes unlimited mat classes and 8 equipment-based group classes per month. That is their most popular membership and requires a 6-month agreement with monthly auto-renewal.
Do I need to bring my own mat for mat classes?
The studio has mats on site, so you do not need to bring one. They also have props like weights, Magic Circles, and balls for mat classes.
How do I book a class here?
You book through their Momence page at https://momence.com/m/94180, or through their website at kivapilates.com. You will need to create an account on Momence to book.
