Kinona Pilates Studio

This page is the Hallandale Beach address at 701 W Hallandale Beach Blvd #109. Kinona also teaches in Brickell, and it calls itself the premier reformer studio in Miami, so check which address your booking names.

Two intro routes exist and they suit different people. New clients can buy one class and get two, or take 2 classes at $35 each, which is $70 in total, and privates have their own intro of 3 private sessions for $299. If you want to learn the reformer properly before joining a group, the private intro is the one worth paying for, since a single private otherwise runs $145.

They do, and the windows are tight. 5 group sessions cost $275 and expire in 2 months, while 10 group sessions cost $500 and expire in 3 months, so take the bigger pack only if your weeks are reliable.

A single duet is $160 with 3 months to use it, and 5 duet sessions run $725, which is $125 per session. A duet pairs you with one other client instead of a group.

Billing is weekly with a 2-month minimum term, and the once a week tier comes to $48 per class. Weekday classes start at 7am if you would rather train before work.

Sunday runs 8am to 3pm, the shortest day, while Saturday stretches from 7:30am to 5pm.

The schedule carries Kinona Signature Reformer, Kinona Body Sculpt and Kinona Energizing Flow. Body Sculpt works the full body on the reformer to lengthen, sculpt and align, and Energizing Flow leans towards flexibility, core strength, alignment and technique.

Arrive early, because the reformers are set before class begins. Group classes cap at four participants on Balanced Body equipment, the teaching follows the Stott Pilates method, grip socks are sold on site if you forget yours, and booking runs through Arketa.
